➡️general election are conducted in every five year but it was elected at any time for vacancy
➡️by election was done for completing vacancy but general election was done for completing the time of the current ruler
➡️it causes poverty but general election was done for time so it is general

GENERAL ELECTIONS  are the elections which are held in one constituencies at the same time either on the same day or within a few days . Here elections are held regularly after every five years .The representative elected in the general election is elected for a full term of five years not for the remaining period of the house .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   BY ELECTIONS are elections which is held for one constituency to fill the vacancy caused by death or resignation of a member . Here election is held before expiry of 6 months from the date the seat falls vacant .
