simple tissue are homogeneous. they are made up of only one type of cell they occur in all part of the plant they perform a variety of function.
Complex tissue are heterogeneous they are made up of many types of cells they offered in vascular range only. they manly do the conjunction.

• These tissues are made up of one type of cells .
• They perform a variety of functions like protection storage mechanical support etc .
• Examples : Parenchyma , collenchyma and sclerenchyma .
Complex Permanent Tissue :
• Made up of more than one type of cells .
• They help in conduction of water minerals and put two different parts of plant body .
• Examples : xylem and phloem .
