First thing, buy her Vegetables and groceries and always ask her that she want anything whenever you go out .
If you have time then help her in washing the vegetables or chopping them .
Then take part in cooking too by giving your hand in grinding masala's and allow them to take rest in between as a substitute cook you just look after the timing.
Then whatever she cooks just say some good things about it and appreciation is the energy booster .
And finally if you don't want to do anything then just be with her in kitchen and just talk is more than enough
