Diet Chart:

Breakfast-  

  • A glass of milk that contains calcium and it is good for bones.
  • Fresh fruits and nuts that has a many nutritional value such as iron, fibers etc.
  • Boiled egg that gives protein to our body.

Lunch-  

  • One bowl of rice with pulses that gives protein and other nutrients to our body.
  • Seasonal green vegetable. We can add fish and meat that has good amount of protein.

Dinner-

  • We can add 2-3 roti with green vegetables.
  • Pulses and curd.
  • Last we can add one glass of milk.
