Diet Chart:
Breakfast-
- A glass of milk that contains calcium and it is good for bones.
- Fresh fruits and nuts that has a many nutritional value such as iron, fibers etc.
- Boiled egg that gives protein to our body.
Lunch-
- One bowl of rice with pulses that gives protein and other nutrients to our body.
- Seasonal green vegetable. We can add fish and meat that has good amount of protein.
Dinner-
- We can add 2-3 roti with green vegetables.
- Pulses and curd.
- Last we can add one glass of milk.
