Here's the answer

Given Equation =>>

 \sf{-3( e - 6 ) = 39}

Now,

Opening the brackets ,

 \sf{ - 3e + 18 = 39}

Taking the term 18 to the R.H.S,

 \sf{ - 3e = 39 - 18} \\  \\  \sf{ - 3e = 21}

  \sf{- e =  \frac{21}{3}  =7}

Multiplying ( -1 ) to the both sides

 \sf{( - e) \times  (- 1) = 7 \times ( - 1)}
 \sf{ \therefore{e =  - 7}}

Thus,

Value of e is -7.

Thanks!!
