surfaces area of cube =6x(side length)^2
let L is the side length of cube
surface area of all cube =18L^2

hence,
cuboid ,
length=3L
width =L
height=L
now total surace area of cuboid =2(3L^2+L^2+3L^2)=14L^2

now ,
ratio of both
surface area of cuboid/surface area of all 3 cube =14L^2/18L^2=7/9
