2)cannot form their own political associations without any consent of the existing powers
3)no freedom to protest, to organize and to express their views
4) don't allowed the freedom to express their displeasure at any policies if they don't like them.

The three features of non democratic countries were :
1 In non democratic countries the, the people are not allowed to criticise the government. Doing so means imprisonment, harrassment and trouble one after the other.
2 In non democratic countries, the rule of the king of the so-called military rule prevails and the questions of elections does not arise.
3 In non democratic countries, no opposition is tolerated so the questions of political parties, especially of the opposition parties, does not arise only those political parties can survive which toe to the line of the government.
