First of all, write all these numbers as rational numbers i.e. in the for p/q where q is not equal to 0.

3/1

-5/1

1/1

-9/1

Now, just multiply them with any rational number to get the equivalent numbers.

3/1*2/1=6/1=6

-5/1*2/1=-10/1=-10

1/1*2/1=2/1=2

-9/1*2/1=-18/1=-18

Hope it helps :-)
