The cost of growing grass in the field is 26015 units.

Explanation:

It is stated that,

It is a square park and its perimeter is 440 .

Perimeter = (4×side)

∴ 440 = 4× side

⇒ 4× side = 440

⇒ side = 440/4

⇒ side = 110 m.

∴ The length of the side of the square is 110 m.

∴ Area= (side)²

          = (side × side)

         = (110×110) m²

        = 12100 m²

The cost of growing grass in 1 m² is 2.15 unit

∴ The cost of growing grass in 12100 is = (12100×2.15) units

                                                                = 26015.00 units

∴ The cost of growing grass in the field is 26015 units.
