construction will divide the figure in two parts, 1st part is square with length 9cm and breadth 9cm.
2nd part is right angle triangle with height 9cm and base (13-9)cm=4cm

Area of square= side²
= 9²=81cm²
Area of triangle=1/2×base×height
1/2×4×9
=18cm²
Total area = 18cm²+81cm²
