Now AREA of polygon=Area of square PQRS+Area of Triangle PTS

Area of square of side 20m=  

Height for triangle =30-20=10m

base is as same as QR=20m

Area of triangle:

\frac{1}{2} \times b \times h \\\\= \frac{1}{2} \times 20\times 10\\\\=100m^{2}

Total area = (400+100)m^2 = 500m^2  ---> Answer
