Let AB be the tower of height 10m and BC be the shadow.

Then, \sf{\angle{ACB}=45°}

From right ∆ABC, we have

\longrightarrow  \sf{\tan(45)°  =  \frac{AB}{BC}}

\longrightarrow \sf{1 =   \frac{10}{BC}}

\longrightarrow \sf{BC=10m}

Hence, the length of the shadow is 10m.
