Step-by-step explanation:

First arrange in ascending order

=> 3,4,5,5,8,9,10,11,12,15

Then find the middle numbers

If even then 2 middle numbers

If odd the 1 middle number

If there is an even number of numbers add the two middles and divide by 2. The result will be the median. (Only used in even amount of numbers in the given data)

=> 8 and 9 are the two middle numbers in the given data

So, = 8+9

= 17

=> now 17÷2

= 8.5

Therefore, median of this data is 8.5

Hope it helps

Answer:

Median of even number= 1/2{n/2th term+n/2+1 the term}

=1/2{10/2th term+10/2+1}

1/2{5th term+ 6th term]

1/2{11+4 }

1/2×15

=7.5
