Step-by-step explanation:

Area of the circle equals to

\pi {r}^{2} \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times 3 \times 3 \\ = \frac{22}{7 } \times 9 \\ = 28.28

therefore the area is equal to 28. 28(approx.) square centimetre

now the circumference of the circle is equal to

 = 2\pi \: r \\ = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 3 \\ = 6 \times \frac{22}{7} \\ = \frac{132}{7} \\ = 18.86

now the circumference of the circle is 18.86cm (approximately)

and now finally the ratio of them

=πr*r/2πr

=3*3/2*3

=3/2

therefore there ratio are 2: 3
