To find the sum of all numbers, we just have to add them. So,..

 =  >  (- 1 0) + 75 + 39 + ( - 21) \\  \\  =  > 65 + 39 + ( - 21) \\  \\  =  > 104  + ( - 21) \\  \\  =  > 104 - 21 \\  \\  =  >  \green{\boxed{ 83}}

Therefore, we get the sum of all the numbers is 83.
