surface area of cube = 6 l²

                                   = 6 × 40 × 40

                                   = 9600 m²

side = 40cm \\ tsa = 6 {a}^{2}  \\  tsa = 6 \times 1600 = 9600 {cm}^{2}  \\ lsa = 4 {a}^{2}  \\ lsa = 4 \times 1600 = 6400 {cm}^{2}
