Step 1: Firstly we will remove all the signs and brackets. Now the question looks like : 9÷25

Step 2: We'll solve it. 9÷25=0.36.

Step 3: According to the rules of Division of Integers, whenever we divide 1 positive number by a negative number, the answer is always negative (-). So, we will put a negative sign in front of our answer (we found in Step 2) we will write 0.36 in negative, i.e. (-0.36).
