x-0*y=2

x=2

therefore,

3*6+2*y=-5

18+2y=-5

2y=-23

y=-23/2

answer :-

x - ky = 2

x - 0× y = 2

x = 2

3x + 2y = -5

3 × 2 + 2y = -5

6 + 2y = -5

2y = -5 - 6

2y = -11

y =  \frac{ - 11}{ \: 2}

i hope it is helpful for you
