Here,a1=3,b1=1andc1=-5

a2=6,b2=-2 and c2=-k

The equation has no solution when,

a1/a2=b1/b2 not equal to c1/c2

or,3/6=1/-2 not equal to -5/-k

when,1/-2 not equal to -5/-k

or, k not equal to -10

Hence,K should not be equal to -10.Ans
