Take out the LCM of 9 and 12 which is 36

Then multiply the denominator and numerator of -8/9 by 4 similarly multiply the numerator and denominator of -7/12 by 3 so the denominator of both digits become same.

take out any three rational number between -21/36 and -32/36

3  rational numbers are -23/36 , -24/36, -28/36.

* -21/36 is should be excluded
