u can solve like as

(X+y)/(y-x)

(1+y/X)/(1-y/X)

so 1)y/X=-3/5

so (2/5)*(5/8)

1/4

is the answer of 1st part

now in 2nd case

y/X=6

so- 7/5

is answer
