$roots \: = \frac{2}{3} \: and \: \: - 3$

therefore;

2/3 + (-3) = -(coeff. of x)/coeff. of x²

= 7/m

$\frac{2 - 9}{3} = \frac{ - 7}{3}$

$\frac{ - 7}{3} = \frac{7}{m} \\ \\ = \: \frac{ - 1}{3} = \frac{1}{m} \\ \\ m = - 3$

and 2/3 * (-3) = c/a = n/m = -n/3

-2=-n/3

n=6
