Although your question is not proper, but I may sharing my experience about the triangles what I understood from your question.

there is only one type of such a triangle, which is obtuse angled triangle.

Obtuse triangle is the only triangle, in which the altitude lies outside the triangle. WHY?

1. In the first case, I have an acute angled triangle. as I know that each angle is acute, so, if the altitude is inside the triangle, another right triangle will form, whose two angles are lesser than 180°.

so, the triangle is possible.

2. In the second case, I have a right angled triangle. Here, there is already a right angle, so, this would be our altitude also.

3. In the third case, I have an obtuse triangle. here, one angle is obtuse, means that if the altitude lies inside the triangle, then another triangle will form, whose one angle is 90°, and the other one is greater than 90°,

which is not possible.

That's why, the altitude lies outside the triangle, because in the outside, there is an acute angle.
