• 4/5 of x = 10 + 2/3 of x
• (4x/5) = 10 + (2x/3)
• 4x/5 - 2x/3 = 10
• ( 12x - 10x )/ 15 = 10
• 2x / 15 = 10
• x = 10×15/2
• x = 75
