All round the day we find ourselves in different circumstances , and situations and interact with different people ,like .parents,siblings,classmates,neighbours,teachers ,strangers,shopkeepers ,sales people ,friends ,etc With each of them we have a different quality and level of interaction .Even with friends we have some very close friends,some not so close ,some just hye bye type .so our behaviors are variable commensurately with the people we interact with .There is no standard behaviour template that can be universally applied. There are offcourse some important elements that we need to incorporate in our personalities ,like assertiveness ,speaking out ,standing up ,saying no ,not letting anybody uproot your rights and values,asking asking and objecting rightly ,and yet being polite and courteous, . sense of humour and fun is what makes you likeable , respectable,and sought after . emotional matur ity to manage your emotions ,impulses, and understand others emotions . your friendliness ,agreeableness,openess to come out of the box,comunication skills ,and the degree of comfortness you create is important. You must learn to respond not react ,because when you react you lose control of what you say or think ,but when you respond you are in charge . So you have to confidently ,tune in and plug on your behaviours ,as appropriate ,and remember the essentials that will add to your persona.
