Answer:

Non-luminous objects reflect the light falling on them and the reflected light are sensed by the eye and thus we are able to see non-luminous objects.

Hope this helps you.

AnswEr:

Non Luminous Objects: Non-luminous objects are objects which don’t have their own light but visible only when

light from luminous source reflects from them.

For example: furniture, walls, moon, etc.

  • So, if there is no light, we can’t see them.

  • To see, we need a luminous object around it.

Know moRe:

What is an 'Object' and' image'?

Anything which gives out light of its own, or reflects light is called an object.

For example, a bulb, a candle, a tree etc.

When the light rays coming from an object are reflected from a mirror, then an optical appearance which is produced is called an image.

For example, When we look into the mirror, we see the image of our face.
