How is fertilisation in a hen different from fertilisation in a frog?

  • Both the animals produce eggs but the main difference lies, where they fertilisation occurs, the fertilisation of eggs is in the water i.e. outside their body whereas the fertilisation of hen's egg is occurs inside the body that is hens egg has a hard shell whereas the egg of a frog is like soft jelly.
