A/B = 4/9 and. B/C = 12/2

multiply Nr and Dr in A/B by 12 and B/C by 9

so,

A/B = 48/108. and. B/C = 108/18

so, A:B:C = 48:108:18

Divide by 6 to get simplest form

A:B:C = 8:18:3
