Given :-

  • Base of a parallelogram is 15 cm
  • Height of that parallelogram is 26 cm

To Find :-

  • Area of that parallelogram

Solution :-

~Here , we're given the base and height of a parallelogram and we need to find it's area. We can easily find it's area by putting the values in the formula of finding area of a parallelogram.

___________

As we know that ,

Area of a parallelogram = b × h

Where ,

  • b is the base
  • h is the height

___________

Finding the area :-

⟶ Area = b × h

⟶ Area = 15cm × 26cm

⟶ Area = 390 cm²

Area of the parallelogram is 390 cm²

More Formulas :-

→ Area of parallelogram = Base × Corresponding Altitude

→ Base = Area ÷ Corresponding Altitude

→ Height = Area ÷ Base

→ Perimeter of a parallelogram = 2 ( Sum of 2 adjacent sides )
