If you talk about me...then definitely for the functional growth of the place where I'll be choosing to live would be a fuuly command system, because in a free market system, no proper functions will take place for the people's needs and without and commands or strategies, people will do whatever they want..and everything will get spoiled, and soon people will not live at such place.
