Let probability of C winning = X

Probability of B=2X

Probability of A=2B

Probability of A=2*(2X)=4X

4X+X+2X=1

X=1/7

A=4/7

B=2/7

C=1/7

(As, any one of 3 would win sum of all 3 probabilities = 1)
