Population proportion (P)= 0.05 Q=0.95

Null hypothesis Ho: P less than or equal to 0.05

Alternative hypothesis H1: P is more than 0.05

Z=p-P/ Standard error of population= 2.314

as Z>Z level of significance (1.645)

Therefor the claim is rejected
