. If the breadth of first backyard is 25 m and the breadth

of the second backyard is 5 m, then find which backyard will require more

fencing and by how much?​

                      650/25 = length

                    LENGTH = 26m

Area of second backyard = length * breadth

                                  650 = length * breadth

                                   650 = length * 5

                                650/5 = length

                            LENGTH =  130m

Perimeter of first backyard = 2(l + b)

                                             = 2(26 + 25)

                                             = 102m

Perimeter of second backyard = 2(l + b)

                                                   = 2(130 + 5)

                                                   = 270m

270m - 102m = 168m

Therefore, the second backyard would require more fencing by 168m
