- O is the centre of a circle of which the chords AB and CD intersect at E.
- ∠BAC=45° and ∠BED=120°.
- To find out- ∠ABD=?
- ∠BAC=45°=∠BDC
- Since both the angles are on the same chord BC ( the angles, subtended by a chord to different points of the circumference are equal).
- So in ΔBDE, we have
- ∠EBD or ∠ABD=180°−(∠BED+∠BDE)=180°−(120°+45°)=15°.
