3) India is both a democracy and a republic. Justify this statement?​

INDIA is a democratic because as we have elected rulers who work for the people and people have full right to oppose or change any decision made by the rulers. INDIA is Republic as the rulers are not heridetary. India has elections every alternate years for various post.
