3. It is easier to burst an inflated balloon with a needle than by a finger. Explain.

it is easy because the surface area of baloon when inflated is large while the surface area of needle is very low and hence the pressure exerted by the needle on the ballon is more than that of finger due to more surface area. hence the baloon bursts when hit by needle.
