Jayshree Enterprises is a company engaged in the marketing of
air purifiers of a famous brand. The company has a functional
structure with four main functions purchase, sales, finance and
staffing. To ensure the proper and optimum functioning of
employees, company appointed a new personnel manager.
However, the newly appointed personnel manager is of the
view that there is no need for training the workers. Do you
agree with his views? Give reason in support of your answer​
