3^{ - 1}  +  \frac{{6}^{ - 1} }{ \frac{3}{4} ^{ - 1}  }

  = \frac{1}{3}  +  ({6}^{ - 1}  \div  \frac{3}{4}  ^{ - 1} )

 =  \frac{1}{3}  + ( \frac{1}{6}  \div  \frac{4}{3} )

  = \frac{1}{3}  + ( \frac{1}{6}  \times  \frac{3}{4} )

  = \frac{1}{3}  +  \frac{1}{8}

 =  \frac{8 + 3}{24}

 =  \frac{11}{24}
