Answer:

Let 1:2:3 be k

Then, k/6k*3 = 1/2 litres = 0.5 litres

2k/6k*3 = 1 litre

3k/6k*3 = 3/2 litres = 1.5 litres

3 litres is divided in the ratio 1:2:3 as 0.5 litres, 1 litre, 1.5 litres

Answer:

3 litres = 3000 mL

Sum of ratios = 1+2+3 = 6

1st share =

 \frac{1}{6} \times 3000ml \: \: = \: \: 500 \: ml

2nd share =

 \frac{2}{6} \times 3000ml \: \: = \: \: 1000ml \: = 1l

3rd share =

 \frac{3}{6} \times 3000ml \: \: = \: \: 1500ml \: = 1.5l

Therefore , 1 : 2 : 3 = 500 ml : 1000 ml : 1500 ml

= 0.5 L : 1 L : 1.5 L Ans
