reaction is :
N2 + 3H2 → 2NH3
we see that
1 volume of N2 react with 3 volume of H2 form 2 volume of NH3 .
hence,
3 Litres of N2 react with 3 × 3 = 9 Litres of H2 .but here given only 7 Litres of H2 .
hence, H2 is limiting reagent .
so, H2 is dominent for finding NH3 .
becoz 3 volume of H2 form 2 volume of NH3 .
so, 7 Litres of H2 form 2 × 7/3 = 14/3 Litres of NH3 .
hence, volume of NH3 = 14/3 Litres
N2 + 3H2 → 2NH3
