Hey here is your answer

 \frac{3(m - 4)}{15} - \frac{(m - 5)}{10} = \frac{2(3 - m)}{5} \\ \\ \frac{2 \times 3(m - 4) - 3(m - 5)}{30} = \frac{2(3 - m)}{5} \\ \\ \frac{6(m - 4) - 3(m - 5)}{30} = \frac{2(3 - m)}{5} \\ \\ \frac{6m - 24 - 3m + 15}{30} = \frac{6 - 2m}{5} \\ \\ \frac{3m - 9}{30} = \frac{6 - 2m}{5} \\ \\

by cross multiplication

  5(3m - 9) = 30(6 - 2m) \\ \\ 15m - 45 = 180 - 60m \\ \\ 15m + 60m = 180 + 45 \\ \\ 75m = 225 \\ \\ m = \frac{225}{75} \\ \\ \bf \: m = 3 \: \: \: answer

hope this helps you
