  1. We can classify the economic sector on the basis of the nature of activities in three sectors namely, Primary, Secondairy and Tertiary sector. The manufacturing sector where the goods are produced can be classified as secondary sector (products that are manufactured and are atleast partly artificial and man made material).

2.Transport storage communication banking and trade are some examples of service or tertiary sector. Since these activities generate services rather than goods they promote primary and secondary sector by providing expertise finance transportation advertisement etc.

3.All the three sectors are highly interpendent on each other ;

All that is produced in the primary sector is of no use until it underdoes a change into finished product which is not possible without transportation . Secondary sector is the manufacturing sector.

4.The objective of implementing the NREGA 2005 was to provide 100 days of guaranteed employment to those people in rural India who can work and are in need of work. If the government is unable to provide this employment than it has to give employment allowance to the people.

5. The five main employment types are;

  1. Permanent or fixed term employees
  2. Casual employees
  3. Appreciates or trainess employees
  4. Employment agency staff also called Labour hire
  5. Contractors and sub contractors hired staff.
