& 1 Woman 1 day work = w

3 men and 4 women can complete a work in 16 days

=> 16( 3m + 4w)  = 1

4 men and 3 women can complete the same work in 12 days

=> 12(4m + 3w)  = 1

16( 3m + 4w)   = 12(4m + 3w)

=> 4( 3m + 4w)   = 3(4m + 3w)

=> 12m + 16w = 12m + 9w

=> 16w = 9w

which means w = 0

Hence women are not working

or Data is wrong

assuming w = 0

48m = 1

=> m = 1/48

7 men and 27 women complete in d days

=> d ( 7m  + 27w) = 1

=> d( 7/48  + 0) = 1

=> d = 48/7
