I think this is a tough situation, but I found these solutions for them:

1.The mute person can type his words in a mobile, and use text to speech for that blind man

2.The mute person can use braille system to reach his sayings to that blind person so that he can read by himself.

3.Mute man can make understand the blind man with touching his hands and write in blind man's hand

4.Mute person can tell other person the fact and the other person can tell the truth to the blind person.

hope it helpful

Answer:

There are multiple ways for the mute man to communicate with the blind man.

Explanation:

We are given that out of 3 men, one of them is deaf, one of them is mute and the other is blind.

We are also given that the deaf man is the thief, and he steals the blind man's purse. We have to figure out a way for the mute man (who witnesses this) to tell the blind man.

Upon giving it a good thought, there are a few ways in which the mute man would've communicated with the blind man -

1. The mute man can use text-to-speech conversion on his phone to notify the blind man.

2. The mute man, if he knows braille, can use it to type/write the message out and give it to the blind man, who can then read and understand.

3. The mute man can write on the blind man's hand, who can then understand the message.

4. The mute person can use an intermediary to communicate with the blind man.
