ii) Defines a nature of a country’s political system.      

iii) Plays a crucial role in democratic societies towards the achievement of desired goals.      

iv) Does not allow dictatorial or biased decisions which may change the very basic structure of the constitution.      

v) Guarantees certain rights based on equality to establish social, political and economic justice.
