So, I am starting with the quotation, “A good brain lives in a healthy body ” and I will say that this is true. Without a healthy body you cannot have a great brain. So now what is good health? A good health is just where your soul can live comfortably. It has a good immune system. A healthy body can do many things. Now, the big question is “ How can someone be healthy? ” So it's simple, have a balanced diet and exercise for atleast an hour per day. When you are healthy you will be feeling better and can even concentrate better. Thank you and have a nice day
