Answer:

Let the diagonals of the rhombus be d1 and d2

d1 = 90m, and d2 = 60m

Area of a rhombus = Area of one tile

= 1/2 x d1 x d2

= 1/2 x 90 x 60

= (5400)/2

= 2700m^2

No. of tiles = 6000

Total area

= 2700 x 6000 = 16200000 m^2

Cost per m^2 = Rs 5

Total cost = 16200000 x 5 = Rs 81000000

Answer:

Total cost of polishing = 8,10,00,000

Step-by-step explanation:

Length of the diagonals of a rhombus = 90 cm & 60 cm

Area of the diagonals of a rhombus

= \frac{1}{2} \times 90 \times 60

= \frac{1}{2} \times 5400

= 2700 \: cm

Area of the floor

= 2700 \times 6000

= 16200000

Cost of polishing the floor

= 16200000 \times 5

= 81000000
