Given, ∠R=(5x−13)° , ∠N=(4x+4)°.
We know, the sum of opposite angles of a cyclic quadrilateral being 180∘.
Then,
∠R+∠N=180°
⟹ (5x−13)°+(4x+4)°=180°
⟹ 5x+4x−13°+4°=180°
⟹ 9x−9°=180°
⟹ 9x=9°+180°
⟹ 9x=189°
⟹ x=21°.
Therefore,
∠R = (5x−13)° = 5(21°)−13° = 105°−13° = 92°
and ∠N = (4x+4)° = 4(21°)+4° = 84°+4° = 88°
Hence ∠R = 92° & ∠N = 88°
