3 \times {(16)}^{ \frac{3}{2} } \\ = 3 \times{ ({(16)}^{ \frac{1}{2} })}^{3} \\ = 3 \times{ ( \sqrt{16} )}^{3} \\ = 3 \times {4}^{3} \\= 3 \times 64 \\ = 192
