Answer: the layers of soil is top soil , sub soil ,the parent rock.

And the layers of earth - our earth is made up of 5

layers 1. lithosphere also known as crust . the upper crust is known as coninental crust average thickness 35 km ans the lower is called oceanic crust average thickness 5 km . it is made up of silica (si) and aluminum (ai) hence is called sial . it is the thinnest layer of the earth .

2. mantle also known as mesosphere . it is the middle layer of the earth . it has two layers upper mantle and lower mantle . it is mostly made up of silicon (si) and magnesium (mg) and iron (fe) . average temperature of this layer is 870°c to 2200°c .average density of mantle ranges from 3.5 to 5.5 g/cm3 .

3. core also known as barysphere . it is the innermost layer of the earth . the temperature of it is close to 5000°c to 3000°c . it has two layers outer core or inner core . it is made up of heavy material such as nickel (ni ) and iron (fe) hence is known as nife . average thickness 3500km.
